As the subject of this journal entry states: "i deleted my page".....well....as much as I could. DA doesn't allow you to fully destroy your page because they like to keep them for documentation, but I deleted my work and here is why:

Art is a personal thing, and I have found in my experiance with DA that most members are only members in the sense that they want their work to be noticed. originally I felt this way, however I met some amazing artists (such as umluna, selavie, etc) who showed me that much could be learned through reading/viewing eachother's works. While I have learned a lot through viewing other members's works on DA, I feel as though my works don't seem to play a very important role in the DA community. I'll stop complaining and get to my conclusion in saying that I am thankful for everyone who has taught me and allowed to be taught and I will continue to read and enjoy the work of the DA community as a silent onlooker. Don't take offence to this journal entry, it's just that a part of me inside feels as though words are cheap.
